My product arrived damaged, what now?

It's unfortunate if your product arrived damaged; that's certainly not the intention. We’re happy to help you receive a new, quality product. Please report your damaged delivery within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@schoenenvanstaal.nl . Make sure to provide at least the following information: Your order number. The name of the damaged product. A description of the defect/damage. Clear photos of the defect/damage. After receiving your email, we will respond within 24 hours to find a solution. Once your report is approved, you can return the shoes free of charge, and we will send you a new pair.

Can I return my products to you?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@schoenenvanstaal.nl . We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
