My product arrived damaged, what now?

It's unfortunate if your product arrived damaged; that's certainly not the intention. We're happy to help you receive a new, sturdy product. Please report your damaged delivery within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@schoenenvanstaal.nl . Make sure to provide at least the following information: Your order number. The name of the damaged product. A description of the defect/damage. Clear photos of the defect/damage. After receiving your email, we will respond within 24 hours to find a solution. Once your report is approved, you can return the shoes free of charge, and we will send you a new pair.

Can I return my products to you?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@schoenenvanstaal.nl . We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
