Can I return my products to you?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@schoenenvanstaal.nl . We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Are there any costs associated with returning?

Accepted Answer

There are no costs associated with the return itself, but you are responsible for sending it back to us. You can choose a shipping company yourself, and those costs are on you. There are no additional costs for processing your return and refunding your money, so upon approval, you will receive your full amount back.

How long can I return my products?

Can I also return products that I've already worn?

Accepted Answer

If you've only worn them to try them on and see if they're comfortable, that's not a problem. However, if there are visible signs of use, we may reject your return or apply a depreciation.

Can I exchange an item directly for a different size?

Accepted Answer

No, since we ship our products directly from our supplier, this is unfortunately not an option. You will receive your product from our supplier but need to return it to us. The advantage of this is that we do not charge shipping costs, so you can order your replacement product right away and return your old item at your convenience.

How quickly will the purchase amount be back in my account?

Accepted Answer

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and initiate the refund. Once the return is approved, the amount will be in your account within 2 days.
