We accept the following payment methods: iDeal Credit card Apple Pay Google Pay PayPal Post-payment on invoice (only on request, email to info@schoenenvanstaal.nl .)

Are the prices shown including or excluding VAT?

Accepted Answer

Because we supply both private and business customers, we are required to display prices including VAT by default. However, we always show the price excluding VAT next to the amount including VAT. Do you want to see prices excluding VAT by default? Then you can turn off the toggle at the top of your screen (desktop users) or in the dropdown menu (mobile users). This will ensure that you see prices excluding VAT by default, with the amount including VAT displayed alongside.

Do you also have a showroom?

No, we no longer have a showroom since August 1, 2025. You might still see some address details or references to the showroom in De Meern, but that's no longer accurate. We have switched to a new business model where we sell entirely online. Want to know why we did this? Be sure to read this page about our story.

Question 5

Will I receive a VAT invoice immediately after placing my order?

Accepted Answer

After payment, you will immediately receive an invoice showing the VAT, as well as our Chamber of Commerce and VAT details. This way, you can process it directly in your own administration.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

It depends on whether your order has already been sent to our supplier. If it has and the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, you can no longer cancel the order and you will need to return it and reorder (shipping is free). If you notice very quickly after placing the order that you want to make a change, send us a WhatsApp message. That's the fastest way to get in touch, and we can see what we can do for you.
